- Lead for HR Systems : This includes evaluation of DB and assessment of new systems
- Data analytics & reporting
- Evaluating, testing, setting up various HR modules & API integrations.
- Monitoring HRMS, stakeholder requirement, issues, People Tree, Department Tree, Master creation etc.
- Managing User Access control across organisation.
- Driving process improvements minimizing manual interventions and maximizing system processes.
- Partnering with Business & building Business requirement in HRMS.
- Design & create workflows, process maps, communications & FAQ's.
- Implementing new value-added dashboards for various stake holders.
