Udaan - HR Vendor Management Job Purpose : - The role is a part of the HR Governance, Compliance & Ethics team which supports HR business units with execution and maintenance of various contracts related to HR and manpower. - This position is responsible for overall performance of the assigned HR process outsourcing service providers, including monitoring performance, negotiating with partners, and interacting with senior management. Key Responsibilities : - Evaluate different models and recommend the management on the best model to adopt. - Develop, monitor, and maintain policies, programs, processes, and tools to support vendor partnerships - Vendor due diligence, selection, rejection and documentation. - Implement risk mitigation processes in the vendor processes - Lead and project manage vendor and program implementations - Identify and engage appropriate HR team members and other key stakeholders in any vendor review, selection or update process - Vendor contract discussions and closures with legal. This includes time to time advices to legal on contract involving people management. - Serve as primary vendor liaison including facilitating ongoing business reviews and just-in-time Vendor feedback - Provide ongoing review of metrics to ensure ongoing adherence to SLAs by vendors. - Serve as internal escalation point for vendor service concerns and proactively work to resolve issues - Manage, track, audit and escalate policy exceptions or issues related to vendors - Work in partnership with Procurement to ensure proper contracts/SLAs are in place for any vendor negotiations/re-negotiations - Engage in ongoing process improvements, ensure new vendor capabilities and programs are known, understood, and (if appropriate) implemented within the existing vendor network. Functional & Competencies : - Legal and Compliance approach : The role needs the individual to be have extensive knowledge around legality and compliance on vendor relationship. - Networking : The incumbent has to have good network in the industry and leverage the network to get inputs on various models, risks involved, vendor feedbacks including upto date information about the vendors. - Collaborative skills : The role requires the incumbent to work closely and coordinate with the - Internal and external teams to create success. She/he should be able to seamlessly navigate these relationship dynamics in a high growth, young, agile business environment. - Results orientation: The role is required to work on delivery on daily numbers, short-term goals and long-term milestones set by business and efficacy. Meeting these milestones would be critical to create success. Qualifications and Experience : MBA in HR with 8-12 years of relevant experience in HR vendor management
