Key responsibilities : - Being a people person and the source of trust to employees. HRBP to have 1:1 catch up regularly, gather insights, understand their concerns and provide guidance where needed. - Work closely with employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention. - Have an intimate understanding of the business and the structure and the philosophy. Being proactive in identifying the problems as we scale and come up with solutions - Constantly evolving the HR initiatives and frameworks that enable in bringing out the best in the employees. - Collaborate with HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies
