About the role : - We're looking for an all-star to be part of our Human Resources team. This is the team that creates the organizational capacity and capability to meet the ever-growing demands of our sellers and buyers through an ever-evolving product. The single objective of the HR team is to be a hunter, curator, and builder of talent. - In this role, you will be responsible to do all that is required to meet the above objectives. This may require you to get immersed in talent management, compensation, org design, capability building, analytics and so on for the Customer Support team. What you will need : - A bachelors degree in engineering, psychology or similar field with MBA in Human Resources (TISS/XLRI/SCMHRD) - 2 to 5 years of experience as an HR professional. Having seen a high growth and fast paced Customer Support environment in a large corporate or startup would be an added advantage. - Excellent data analysis, data interpretation and first principle problem-solving approach - Ability to take initiative in a constantly changing work environment and a generalist do-what-it-takes mindset - A demonstrated record of positively owning and leading initiatives and continuous process improvement mindset What you will do : - People operations - build and optimize processes that take care of people while not being an overhead of their time. - HR Analytics - put metrics around data while understanding the 'story' behind the data - Lead business and function growth to proactively design and deliver on org talent and capability requirements for the Customer Support team.
