Responsibilities : - Managing litigation and Disputes / Arbitration (IPR, Consumer, Criminal, Civil) and Parallel Imports issues. Hands on experience in managing litigation and regulatory inquiries and litigation. Experience in handling criminal cases is desirable. - Should have worked with Senior Advocates in various High courts and Supreme Courts - Business Advisory, Intellectual Property, Privacy Issues, and with excellent contract drafting and negotiating skills - Handling policy, compliance, transactional, commercial, or product development issues- integrating legal knowledge with sound business understanding - Reviewing and interpreting pending or new legislation or regulatory rules impacting the business to ensure compliance or strategy changes. - Should have represented large clients in various courts in India in high stake matters. - Good understanding of Company Law, MRTP, IT Act, FEMA, Contracts Act, Consumer Laws, Consumer, Civil and Criminal litigation, IPR Laws, Arbitration
