- Develop a strategy to onboard, scale and win strategic large-format buyers (retailers) - to clarify, LFRs here would exclude the really big ones like Reliance Retail, Croma, Vijay Sales, Snehanjali, Jumbo, etc. but include regional chains like myG or big10 and also single store big turnover outlets

- Develop the right service strategy for big buyers/chains

- Build and set-up the right processes, SOPs and KPIs for the sales team serving these big buyers/chains + set-up, lead and manage a high performing team

- Execute with the help of the team onboarding, replenishment, and servicing of big buyers/chains

- Champion the needs of these buyers internally across various cross-functional teams of supply, supply chain, credit, service, etc. to ensure the right experience

- Set-up and deliver aggressive sales targets through these buyers

- Ensure the right sales mix - profitable accessories and push products also need to be sold along with the pull products that the buyer will demand

Key competencies

- Strong sales experience

- Relationship management of large key accounts

- Problem-solving and independent data-based decision making

- Strong stakeholder influence and standing-ground

- Product/category and channel understanding

Typical profile

- MBA preferred but not required

- Electronics category experience + offline experience preferred but not required

- Brand KAMs / large account sales managers at key electronics brands or distributors
