Job Purpose: The role will have responsibility of supporting Employee Relations across organization in monitoring adherence of the disciplinary processes including Domestic Enquiries. This position works closely with the leadership teams in the Human Resources on internal enquiries on employee related issues and concerns.

Key Responsibilities :

- The incumbent will be responsible for tracking whistleblower complaints and follow up to the closure.

- Shall be responsible for conducting domestic enquiries and take part in investigations conducted by investigating team.

- The incumbent will be responsible for driving CoC, PoSH trainings and track attendance.

- Monitor periodicity of policy reviews and coordinate for reviews.

- Ensure adherence to ER policy, procedure and practices, influencing appropriate stakeholders to identify creative solutions and to take appropriate employment action.

- Maintain case tracker and support in creation of report to Ethics Committee.

- Follow up for awareness mails/posters on PoSH, CoC, Modern Slavery etc.

Functional & Competencies :

- Problem solving: The role needs the individual to be able to solve for medium complex business problems with multiple data streams impacting decision making

- Data driven/ analytical: The role requires the individual to be comfortable in processing and analyzing volume of multiple data streams to give meaningful MIS giving trends and patterns.

- Collaborative skills: The role requires the incumbent to work closely and coordinate with the Internal teams for closure of investigations and enquiries.

- Investigative thinking: The incumbent should be able to visualize underlying problems/causes and probe into it in the direction of solution.

- ER Knowledge - The incumbent should posses intermediate knowledge of ER procedures and HR Processes.

Qualifications and Experience : MBA in HR with 3-5 years of relevant experience in Employee Relations (2 years employee relations experience is must).
