About the role  Supply Chain is the backbone of commerce happening on Udaan. This is the team that creates the logistics capability for sellers and buyers to conduct cross-country trade. The single objective of supply chain in Udaan is to provide consistent, cost effective and transparent logistics solution to users. This is the critical role where you will be responsible for solutions designing & Engineering for Warehousing/ Distribution & Transportation projects. You will work with data to monitor network performance and design new solutions which delight customer while maximizing the cost efficiencies.  What you will need -   - A Bachler degree in engineering, economics or similar field with MBA in General Management  - 7-10 years of Operations, Logistics or consulting experience using data to lead and support business decisions.  - A demonstrated record (4-5 years) of leading team and hiring and nurturing talent  - Excellent data analysis, data interpretation and first principle problem solving approach  - Ability to take initiative in a constantly changing work environment and a generalist do-what- it takes mind-set  - A demonstrated record of positively owning and leading initiatives and continuous process improvement mind-set  What you will do  - Lead a team to design, develop, own and implement the distribution process to identify initiatives and to deliver solutions and outcomes  - Lead the ideation phase of distribution process including developing methods and tools for idea generation  - Develop business case to support selected distribution ideas from conception to implementation  - Engage with internal stakeholders to uncover and validate ideas and areas of focus for improvement and innovation  - Challenge organizational norms and capabilities to consider new and different opportunities, approaches and methods  - Solutions Designing & Engineering for Warehousing/ Distribution & Transportation projects  - Designing solutions based on vertices like Consumer Electronics and Mobile.  Bottom Line -   You must be ready to hustle!
