- Qualification: MBA from Tier 1/Tier 2

- Work Experience: 2-4 years in FMCG or Non-FMCG

- 1-2 years of Team handling experience/ Field Sales Experience

Good to have:

- 1-2 years of Start-up exposure

- An Engineering degree

- Multi-tasking skills (Ability to Prioritize and Plan)

- People management skills

a. Buyers Updation

b. Sales and operations lead (control on return, exchange, cancellation)

c. Drive a business in a territory

d. Grow the business

e. Support functions interactions to make the transitions smooth

f. Help in settling the Glitches in the App.
