Create happy buyers and sellers, delivering consistent intracity delivery service with potential with the best experience at a sustainable cost

- Plan and develop first mile, Warehouse and last mile network for intracity deliveries

- Recruit and groom an operations team, define SLAs, track and improve performance.

- Develop and optimize processes, working closely with business development and engineering teams
