Udaan - Central Operations Analyst

Opportunity :

- Part of the central supply chain team at Udaan : You will be responsible for the identification of process gaps using data analytics & implement processes across the network. This is a massively impactful role and you will have great opportunities to develop & foster various skill sets.

Roles and responsibilities :

1) Create Data funnels & Dashboard visualizations via SQL, Excel & Python.

2) Trend analysis & Regular Management updates on the metrics & Strive to achieve the target defined

3) Prepare and lead Weekly & Monthly reviews along with RCA for major metrics

4) Publish, maintain & own the performance scorecard for the Business Unit

5) Ideation of products & their subsequent rollout

6) Come up with solutions for the problems identified and coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement the same.

7) Derive insights from Data & ground team. Distill problems into structural & Process gaps.
