Deliverables: - Business and P&L Ownership - GMV & Profitability - Category inputs - Selection, Pricing & Availability leading to CVP - Vendor Management - Brands & Marketplace - Planning - Monthly & AOP - Stakeholder Management - Pvt Brands, Business Finance, Supply Chain - Team Management Candidate should demonstrate the ability to succeed at: - Defining and implementing strategies- High on intent and ambition - Driving an online business, ability to understand the customer mindset - Managing internal and external stakeholders- building win relationships with partners - Learning deeply to the grounds- quick learn, implement and adapt - Planning and forecasting- build smart, efficient and effective processes Experience and background : - 5-7 years of experience in the Indian retail / e-comm industry in account management/ supply/ category management roles. - Preferred experience of driving multiple categories eg. Hardlines, Softlines, Electronics etc. - Preferred experience of driving online channels - Preferred experience of sourcing from and/or working in source manufacturing companies - Owned and managed P&L in previous stints - Grown through various levels in business development / partnership management roles - Team management experience Undergrad + MBA from Tier 1
