Opportunity :&nbsp; - You will own the P&amp;L and lead the Business team of udaan's retailer loan product for one or more categories. This team is responsible for enabling and expanding purchase credit access to udaan's retailers. You'll be responsible for the size and shape of a significant portfolio of udaan's credit P&amp;L. This is a massively impactful role and you'll have great opportunities to develop &amp; foster various skill sets: - Credit to SMBs is extremely underpenetrated in India. In this role, you will chart out new paths to expand credit uptake in SMBs and get a shot at defining how the future of SMB trade credit will play out in India. - You'll engage with SMBs across India and develop a thorough understanding of credit's role across the SMB sector and in multiple categories. - You'll distill your findings into simple solutions and help define Udaan's credit product. - You and your team will orchestrate on the ground operationalization of the credit product and develop feedback loops for product enhancement. - You'll grow and mentor a team of smart and ambitious go-getters. Requirements:&nbsp; - You have very deep business acumen, love deriving customer insights and are a strong problem solver. - You are highly driven and resourceful.
