Function: Finance

Reports to: Supply Chain Finance Head

Location: Bangalore/Delhi/Mumbai/Chennai/Kolkata

- Support Zonal SC Heads/ Category SC leads in driving operations with the best cost structure.

- Lead decision support using data & insights gathered, recommend SC actions, help define SC strategies and drive initiatives through business/ SC stakeholders to achieve cost targets

- Understand core business and cost levers & create bottom up/ top down monthly & annual operating plans

- Act as an end-to-end finance partner by collaborating with various finance teams such as central FP&A, accounting, tax, internal controls, audit, treasury, etc in solving problems and providing timely and seamless finance support to the business.

- Set up financial controls to ensure cost optimization and revenue maximization

- Cost reporting, Performance Reviews, Vendor negotiation, Vendor due diligence, and Asset controls

- Run Cost benchmarking externally

- Drive performance management with SC team on the Costs, Inventories, Fixed assets and Real Estate.

- Ability to coach and lead teams across different skillsets

Candidate Profile :

- Must have 3-5 years of demonstrated experience in Business Partnership roles in FMCG / Startups

- Qualification: CA/MBA finance

- Strong Financial modelling and Data Visualization skills.

- Strong communication, analytical, inter-personal and influencing skills

- Understanding of various facets of finance including FP&A, business partnering, controllership, Internal audit, controls, etc
