Responsibilities:

- To work closely with the business unit and actively participate in its operations and management

- To develop financial plans along with various business and technology teams with rigor on bottom's up approach

- To track product level pricing changes, and ensure to achieve the overall margin guidelines

- Participate in month-end closing activities, processes, and corrections as needed

- Ensure overall compliance of internal policies, law, regulations of various tax departments, central or state level- Do scenario analysis and develop models for business expansion, margin generation.

- Variance analysis of cluster/category level performance and provide best estimate of MoM / QoQ performance

- Handle Adhoc requests and problem-solving with a short turnaround time. Create processes /reports to minimise the same.

- Participate and Drive standardization automation projects for process efficiency

- Handle vendor reconciliation and periodical balance confirmations

- Ensure vendor ledgers are updated with all invoices, payments, debit/credit notes

- Review and raise invoices for commission charges

- Manage vendor/brand level ToT and ensure timely debit of income

- Participate in vendor negotiations on pricing, terms of credit and ensure timely payments

Candidate Profile :

- 6 to 8 years relevant experience, CA or MBA (Finance)

- Strong analytical rigor and problem-solving skills- Proficient in MS Office

- Proactive takes initiative, self-motivated, team player

- Strong collaboration, stake holder management and interpersonal skills- Willingness to hustle
