The Opportunity: The Services team is building the services ecosystem at udaan, as a part of the full-stack solution that udaan offers to the brands and retailers. This includes, value-added-services (mobile insurance, consumer financing, product exchange) and after-sales services. This is a capability being built from scratch and we need driven people to help build it. - An exposure to this team will help you groom your problem-solving skills, ability to handle uncertainty, stakeholder management across different teams and in general, provide a entrepreneurial experience and skillset. - You will be working in a cross-functional team, with exposure to major functions at udaan giving you a bird's eye view of the org - You will be leading and owning important business verticals/geographies, responsible for sales and P&L of your vertical/geography, defining the business strategy of the same through a mix of data driven decision making and ground insights - You will orchestrate the on-ground operationalization of the project, distill the learning and develop feedback loops for product and strategy advancement This Opportunity is right for you if: - You are highly driven, curious, resourceful, thoughtful and considerate - You are a self-driven, energetic, entrepreneurial.
