Job Responsibilities :
- Collections Incentive Planning - Understanding core business levers and creating bottom up weekly/ monthly/ quarterly incentive plans
- Designing Collections Team Rating Model to drive efficiency and productivity
- Tracking performance against plan through analytical review and providing performance insights; working closely with process analysts and business to roll out initiatives/projects aimed at driving target attainment
- Solving targeted business pain points and providing expertise in data analysis and business intelligence
KRAs of the role :
- Drive targets with business/operations teams
- Metrics & dashboard creation through large data crunching
- Number to story - Analyze the numbers and come out with reasoning
Functional Competencies :
- Data Driven/ Analytical: The role requires the individual to have a data driven approach to problem solving.
- Stakeholder Management: Proactive coordination with stakeholders.
- Cross Functional Integration: Coordinate with internal teams to understand their processes and metrics.
Candidate Profile :
- Should possess basic project management skills
- Should have a minimum of 2 years experience; preferably working in similar roles
- Hands on experience with SQL & Python/R
- Dashboard creation with a keen-eye on data visualization & narrative building
- Should have worked on statistical measurement concepts
- Qualification required: BTech (Tier-1 college)/ BSc (IISC)/ Mathematical or Numerical UG Degree
- Working / collaborating with sales team will be added advantage.
