Job Responsibilities :
- Collections Incentives Planning - Understanding core business levers and creating bottom up weekly/ monthly/ quarterly plan.
- Designing Collections Team Rating Model to drive efficiency and productivity
- Tracking performance against plan through analytical review and trend analysis and providing performance insights; working closely with process analysts and business to roll out initiatives/projects aimed at driving target attainment.
- Solving targeted business pain points and providing expertise in data analysis and business intelligence
- Responsible for large data crunching.

Candidate Profile :
- Should possess basic project management skills
- Should have 2 years' experience; preferably working in similar roles.
- Hands on experience with SQL, R, Python
- Dashboard creation with keen eye on data visualization & narrative building
- Qualification required: B. Tech (Tier-1 college)/BSc (IISC)/Mathematical or Numerical UG Degree
