Udaan is a B2B ecommerce platform that brings traders, wholesalers, distributors, retailers, and manufacturers in India on to a single platform. Our goal is to make 'doing business' easy in India & make B2B commerce convenient and efficient.

Udaan Capital is the NBFC arm of Udaan & offers credit services to buyers and sellers on and off Udaan's B2B ecommerce platform to grow their business further. This space is largely untapped with less than 10% of MSMEs having access to working capital loans from financial institutions. In this way, Udaan is uniquely positioned to formalize & scale trade credit.

Job Responsibilities :

- Tracking performance against plan through analytical review and providing performance insights

- Interacting with potential lender partners and project managing their onboarding. Working with cross-functional teams internally to serve as the SPOC for the lender.

- Solving targeted business pain points and providing expertise in data analysis and business intelligence

- Responsible for large data crunching and being able to form a narrative that can be explained in context of market reality.

- Decision making: Ability to make sound decisions making in area of expertise and see it to execution.

- Technical Expertise: Subject matter expertise in one or two sub-areas of area of expertise backed by practical experience.

Candidate Profile:

- Should possess basic project management skills

- Should have 3-6 years' experience; preferably working for analytics companies or in FinTech/NBFC domain

- Hands on experience with SQL, R, Python

- Qualification required: B.Tech (Tier-1 college)/BSc (IISC)/Mathematical or Numerical UG Degree

KRAs of the role :

- Analyze data on how our products are performing, analysis on overall book and profitability of business

- Benchmark our performance v/s performance of other lenders in market

- Analyze and justify reasons in terms of the capital supplier on board

- Help making decisions in getting capital suppliers on boards

- Identify profitable anchors, profitable products

- Enable treasury decision making
