Job Responsibilities:

- Analyze data on how our products are performing, analysis on overall book and profitability of business

- Benchmark our performance v/s performance of other lenders in market

- Analyze and justify reasons in terms of the capital supplier on board

- Help making decisions in getting capital suppliers on boards

- Identify profitable anchors, profitable products

- Enable treasury decision making

Desired Candidature:

- Individual Contributor role with demonstrated area of ownership

- Hands on Experience on SQL, knowledge of Python is additional Advantage

- Need to have a problem solving approach and ability to do deep dives into complex data structures

- Exposure to Capital markets or lending business is a bonus but not necessary

- Engineering Graduate from Tier-1 college is preferable

- 5+ Yrs of work experience
