ABOUT THE ROLE :
Foods is a fast growing vertical at Udaan, and we are looking to get smart candidates for managing Key Accounts - top sellers on our platform.
What you will do :
- Seller Onboarding : Scout for relevant sellers, manufacturers, trader who wish to get associated with Udaan & making them online ready for Udaan's platform. Provide effective communication of Policies, Products & Processes.
- Process Training : Train and Monitor sellers to ensure adherence of all processes like Order fulfillment, Packaging, Shipment handover. Need to ensure that seller hygiene is maintained in terms
- Seller Issue Resolution : Time bound effective resolution of for Order fulfillment, Returns, payment related issues in close coordination with Logistics, Finance & BD Team.
- Warehouse Operations : The member shall be responsible to manage the operations in Ware House like RO Creation, listing creation, managing whether correct inventory has been received
- Team Management : The member shall be responsible for the training and development of the TL & team below
What you will need :
- Experience in Seller Operations / Vendor Management
- Good data analysis, data interpretation and first principle problem solving approach
- Ability to take initiative in a constantly changing work environment and a generalist do-what-it-takes mind-set
- A demonstrated record of positively owning and leading initiatives and continuous process improvement mind-set
