Role Description Function: Category Management Sub Function: FMCG Reports to: Head-Customer Experience What will YOU be responsible for? - Be the custodian for onsite customer experience for all types of customer journeys - Deliver innovative features, review usability, and product performance - Manage a cross-functional process for prioritizing, delivering, and launching major product releases - Continually assess the needs of customers, market trends, competitive opportunities, in defining and evolving the product strategy in your area of product ownership - Ensure consistent execution of product lifecycle processes from concept to launch - Provide value-based prioritization of product development initiatives to ensure maximum ROI - Create and execute go-to-market for new features in alignment with different teams - Monitor key performance metrics to ensure product performance and identify optimization opportunities - Partner closely with the commercial team and leaders to drive adoption - Write user stories to communicate customer needs in easy-to-understand way - Work closely with different dept like Legal, Tax to ensure it is compliant from legal and regulatory perspective What do YOU need to bring to the table? Educational & Functional Competencies - Any previous product experience especially in an e-commerce or digital world is must - 3-4 years of experience with a background in marketing/product management/analytics or growth orgs would be ideal and preferred. - Candidate should be MBA or MS from top institute Interpersonal Skills Entrepreneurial: The role requires the individual to be extremely passionate to build a startup, spot key opportunities, act fast and grab them.
