Job brief

A Business Development person works to improve an organization's market position and achieve financial growth. This person will define long-term organizational strategic goals, build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, negotiate and close business deals and maintain extensive knowledge of current market conditions.

Responsibilities

- Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.

- Develop and execute a lead generation plan that generates leads for the team via various online marketing channels

- Use all available resources (e.g., LinkedIn) to determine target title names and contact information from target companies.

- Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network.

- Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization.

- Research and build relationships with new clients.

- Set up meetings between client decision makers and company's practice leaders.

- Provide the client with a brief introduction about UCanji and explore synergies to generate leads.

- Work with a team to develop proposals that speak to the client's needs, concerns, and objectives.

- Participate in pricing the solution/service.

- Use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately.

Skills Required to be part of our Team :

- Apart from technical skills, you will need to show these as well

- A flexible approach when working in a team

- Excellent communication skills in order to interpret and negotiate briefs with Team Members

- Time management skills and the ability to cope with several projects at a time

- Being open to feedback
