Ubunanny is a fast-growing childcare startup based out of Gurgaon. Ubunanny helps parents to compare and book quality babysitting services on demand, with packages customized as per their needs, even if it is a few hours. Booking can be done through Ubunanny's mobile responsive website; customers can either book for a few hours or an entire month. While most childcare platforms offer only a basic listing of multiple child- related services, we provide detailed information covering all practical aspects & comprehensive reviews which let parents book services with confidence.

- We serve dozens of parents every week and it requires many moving pieces to come together in order to lead our customers to the best child care services. We are looking for an extremely smart and passionate professional to take up the role of COO/ Operations Manager

Responsibilities :

- The individual would be responsible for all aspects of Ubunanny's operations in Gurgaon such as on boarding service providers, managing bookings and interacting with customers

- Participate in developing overall strategy for the startup. As a member of the core team you will participate in most of the decisions and expected to add great value proposition.

- Cultivate relationships with corporates, retail chains of baby products etc. for B2B partnerships

- Lead the strategic planning process and ensure that appropriate analysis is conducted which includes market analysis, internal reviews, and prioritization of opportunities.

- Would be responsible for building the team going forward

- Be the voice of the customer in the team - communicate issues faced with the customers to the relevant team-member and actively work to resolve them

Desired Qualifications :

- Extremely strong organizational skills,

- Desire to work in an environment of rapid growth

- Experience with childcare industry, tech products and startup environment is a big plus, but not mandatory

- Exemplary analytical and problem solving abilities.

- Ability to play it by the ear and adapt to last-minute changes

- Should be willing to roll up sleeves and get his/her hands dirty
