Your Role : A. Report into senior DA Service Delivery management B. Be responsible for supervision and management of the data attestation team (ADs/AO/EEs) C. Attest to (sign off) the quality of key data elements D. Be the point of escalation for data attestation process issues E. Work with the Data Management Office to understand the current state control assessment captured in the Group Data Dictionary F. Represent IMOFC and Finance data quality issues into the group wide Data Governance framework to facilitate strategic remediation of issues at source G. Work cross functionally across control functions and IT to identify the source of data quality issues and likely resolutions H. Be the primary contact from DA Service Delivery to the IT BA responsible for gathering business requirements for software tooling to automate and enable the data attestation process I. Work with DA Service Line on the strategy and design of the target operating model as well as the adherence of the SD team to this model J. Manage senior stakeholder engagement Your team : Regulatory Calculations Controlling Services - Data Attestation (RCCS-DA) is a service of the Integrated Middle Office Financial Controlling (IMOFC) with the objective of improving data quality for Group Finance reporting. DA has a mandate to resolve issues with and attest to the quality of a prioritized set of key data elements. Your experience and skills : i. Working knowledge of front to back processes associated with the control environment across Operations & Finance. ii. Some experience with Financial and Regulatory Reporting Requirements - notes & disclosures, capital calculations, and liquidity metrics. iii. Basic Knowledge of equity and fixed income products. iv. An ability to analyse large volumes of data and navigate complex data flows. v. Data management/governance experience. vi. Excellent communication & influencing skills. vii. Experience in dealing with senior stakeholders. viii. Proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and Business Objects. The ideal candidate would have 9 - 15 years of business analysis and service delivery experience in an investment banking environment.
