About the Role: The ideal candidate for this role should have strong stakeholder management, ability to navigate organizational habits, creative problem-solving skills, product-oriented thinking and the ability to impactful upward communication. As the Sr Mgr in the auto team, your role is key to oversee marketplace operations across the country with a focus on governance, influence &amp; execute strategy at a national &amp; regional level, advocate &amp; support key product launches to growth the business as well as lead important cross-functional projects. What You- ll Do: - Governance: Drive governance and S&amp;OP processes for all of auto Marketplace spends across India SA - Strategy: Co-create and marry city, regional &amp; national strategy to achieve business plans, strongly position UberAUTO in each region, gain category position and most importantly create a sustainable long term business. This will also involve stakeholder management &amp; making trade-offs on a weekly &amp; monthly basis. - Communication: Own all newsletters &amp; upward communication documents related to MBRs, strategy sessions, multi-stakeholder project plans as well as community newsletters towards bring alignment as well impactful storytelling - Marketplace Operations: Mentor the marketplace team as well as define business relevant innovation &amp; experimentation across rider &amp; driver investments - Marketing: Act as a key influencer for marketing plans and activities along with Auto lead as well as prioritise markets to invest behind &amp; outcomes of such campaigns - Product Strategy: Support key product launches, product prioritisation business cases, influence key product stakeholders &amp; define new features to develop to solve business problems or capture future opportunities - Special Projects: Lead business critical special projects involving stakeholders across functions like marketing, community operations, Trust &amp; Safety, Tax, Procurement, Business Development etc What You- ll Need: - BA/ BS in Economics, Business, Engineering, or other quantitative focus - 6+ years of experience in high-growth start-ups, consulting or operations experience - Previous experience managing channels in FMCG, telecom industries is highly desirable - Excellent communication and organization skills. Can work freely with everyone from an associate to senior leadership - Experience creating and optimizing processes - Good stakeholder management skills, team player, collaboration - Ability to run large-scale projects with multiple city and central stakeholders - Action. This role reports into the lead for Auto and will own supply growth topics for Auto.
