About the Role: - Driver-partners are the backbone of our platform. - We're looking for an experienced marketing manager with a background in loyalty and/ or retention marketing to help improve the driver experience and establish a communication network that is easily understood and also recommended by drivers About the team : On the Driver-Partner CRM team, you'll work on all parts of the lifecycle as it relates to drivers. You'll partner closely with local operations teams to understand business needs and translate them into engaging CRM campaigns on topics including earnings, product education, and community. In this role, you'll wear multiple hats to develop strategy and see it through to creative and technical execution, bringing complex, high-impact campaigns to life in a way that surprises and delights drivers. What You'll Do : - Partner with marketing, BD, local operations, and policy teams to understand business needs. - Collaborate with a team of effective lifecycle marketing managers to establish loyalty and engagement strategy in India. - Develop CRM strategies that integrate customer insights at the segment level. - Tell a consistent story with one personality across our marketing channels. Make sure our content is clear, concise and written with our driver audience front-of-mind. Every word we use should have a purpose. - Help develop channel strategy including email communication, in-app messaging, push notifications, SMS, and other offline and online channels. - Monitor results and deliver post-analysis of programs to inform future strategies. - Keep up to date with the latest best practices and integrations on CRM and Lifecycle marketing. What You will Need: - 6 Minimum Years of Experience with Retention, Communication, Channel strategy - Familiarity with CRM or some other form or database management - Experience with A/B testing - Balance attention to detail with swift execution - Experience creating and sending large-scale email campaigns across various driver communication channels - Curious and eager to learn - you are interested in all things and can build up skills and knowledge very fast to become a recognized subject matter expert amongst your peers - Flexible and forward thinking - we need someone sharp and eager to play with different models to help us scale. - Strong written and verbal communication skills
