ROLE : STATE TRADE MARKETING MANAGER
REPORTING TO : STATE HEAD ,MARKETING AND VP, TRADE MARKETING
EXPERIENCE : 4-8 YEARS IN FMCG MARKETING
LOCATION: GOA & NASIK
JOB SCOPE:
- To independently manage the monthly execution of Trade marketing programs at the outlet level through the 3rd party execution force. This shall involve co-ordination of all Trade marketing execution with Sales and Regional Trade Marketing Team.
- Plan and define the roster of activities (like planograming, visibility tools, switch) varying across channels for the 3rd party execution force
- Co-ordinate with the state sales force(ASM/ASE) to ensure timely execution of TM activities -
- Fine tuning the regional TM programs to reflect state level learning’s/ requirements
- Vendor management : Co-ordinate & Develop signage vendors , audit agency and the manpower agency along with the RTMM for smooth Trade marketing operations
- Responsible for the choice of outlets for Trade Marketing implementation along with the Sales team. Review at regular intervals to factor in market dynamics. Execution Management & Monitoring -
-Tracking the execution of Trade Marketing activities with daily updates/MIS
-Monitoring of the Trade Marketing activities through regular market visits and co-coordinating with the audit agency
- Monthly review and reporting of Trade Marketing execution activities Capability development
- Responsible for training and development of the 3rd party execution force through on the job training & scheduled training calendar in co-ordination with Regional/National Trade marketing

QUALIFICATIONS : MBA from a reputed institute
