Educational Qualification & Experience:

M.Sc. Chemistry or B.Sc. Chemistry with DIFAT having 1-3 years of experience preferably in any Alco-bev industry OR having some basic Knowledge of distillation process.

Job Responsibilities: Following are the main job responsibilities -

1. Visit distilleries to draw representative samples of ENA from tank/bulk stocks.

2. Coordinate with RQCs or Authorized approval centers for approval of samples

3. Able to do chemical & sensory analysis of ENA

4. To inspect & Supervise tankers cleaning & clear for loading operation

5. To monitor loading of approved stock of ENA as per protocols

6. To maintain documentation to facilitate traceability and avoid any cross contaminations

7. Record keeping & generation of daily/fortnightly/monthly reports
