Job Title: Regional Trade Marketing Manager,

Department: Trade Marketing,

Reports To: Trade Marketing Head,

Experience & Qualifications: - MBA - 4-7 yrs experience in Sales, Marketing & Trade Marketing function in FMCG/Spirits Industry,

Key Responsibilities:

- Responsible for all brand related activities at the regional level - designing and implementing image building activities to enhance brand image and consumer promotions to ensure brand visibility, awareness and recall

- Develop and execute a channel strategy for the region and assist in quarterly/annual planning process

- Build capability by identifying channel insights and initiating required research

- Lead the quarterly/annual planning in coordination with Marketing & Sales within the project vertical

- Develop visibility strategy for the respective channel and oversee execution through Regional Trade Marketing(Disruptive Visibility)

- Ensure execution and evaluation of activations in the channel based upon project initiatives

- Establish a robust measurement mechanism for Trade Marketing initiatives and highlight the performance at the Regional Level

- Monitor and evaluate performance to define actionable learning for improvement for e.g. how to improve sell out effectiveness or how to improve sell out program impact on brand equity within USL versus the competition

- Understand channel best practices in FMCG related industries and leverage it by incorporating key insights in channel programs

- Understand regional nuances in channels which are used in designing local programs keeping in mind brand/channel imperatives

- Track processes and programs to ensure compliance to set guidelines; take prompt action to correct problems - Oversee inventory management with respect to timely availability of stocks

- Monitor Regional budgets and the spends thereof based upon project vertical

- Ensure accurate spend of budgets at the regional level

- Carry out feasibility studies for new products to be launched

- Review the plan internally within the Region and with Central Trade Marketing and continually carry out fine tuning of the same to meet regional threats and opportunities

- Build and maintain productive account relationships

- Look into standardization of processes, signages and bring about economies of scale

- Handle Vendor management with respect to selecting and evaluating vendors

- Work in close co-ordination with the HO brand teams and the regional sales teams, to ensure enhancement of brand equity and achievement of sales target

- Understand regional nuances in channels which are used in designing local programs keeping in mind brand/channel imperatives
