Manager - Quality

- Sensory Analysis ENA, RS, HBS & Blend samples received from units.

- Analysis of ENA & Blend samples received from unit for approval purpose & decision regarding approval to be communicated to units in the same day of receipt of samples.

- Analysis of Raw materials including water, caramel etc.

- Chemical analysis of the samples.

- Conduct Quality audit at units & suggest key improvement points.

- Conduct Facility Audit for startup of new operational facility.

- Conduct Market Survey for USL products in various markets.

- Analysis of market samples & complaint samples.

- Round Robin Sensory Analysis includes preparation of samples, earmarking sample for each units & HO/RQC, sent the samples to the recipients, compiling results & submitting reports.

- Calibration, validation & Operation of various instruments like GC, spectrophotometer, pH meter, conductivity meter etc. & s

- Packaging material sample analysis & generation of reports.

- Training to unit QC personnel.

- Arrange for sensory analysis to ascertain consistency of product quality of a particular product across the different units in the region.

- Preparation& submission of MIS reports.

- Local Vendor Visit & Evaluation.

- To ensure smooth startup of new facility/ product by personally supervising the implementation of all the quality requirements.

- Good Sensory Skill, Good Analytical Skill, Various lab instruments handling, Knowledge of Water & PM analysis, Auditing skill preferably in ISO 9001 and FSMS ISO 22000 System etc., Good communication skills, reporting, Sound knowledge in working on computer
