UB Group - Manager - Materials

Materials Manager-:

1. Overseeing for logistics / Planning / procurement / Liaising & all commercial activities including execution of orders i.e. delivery of material / invoicing, Inventory Management.

2. Planning & Procurement of Raw Material & Packing Material ensuring optimum inventory levels. Handling of day-to-day transactions pertaining to receipts and issue of raw material & packing material physically as well as in ERP & booking & processing of all bills. Indenting of R.M. & P.M. on the basis of PP2 & PP4.

3. Responsible for overall control & management of Store & Excise functions including maintaining updated records, implementing effective procedures & systems to ensure availability of material as required.

4. Registering transporters and dispatching finished product through approved transporters to all C & F's.

5. Responsible for all MIS report timely including daily DPR.

6. Responsible to deposit monthly/quarterly/annual returns regarding excise & sale tax matters & liaising with the dept's for statuary matters.

7. Study of reports/actions taken every month regarding the P.M. Variance reports/Non-Moving Slow Moving Reports & all other reports related to inventory management.

8. Responsible to match Book vs. Physical stock of FG / RM / PM during monthly & quarterly audits.
