Product Manager - Mobile Apps

- The Product Manager, Mobile Apps will be a flexible, results-oriented, and experienced leader who will be responsible for developing and implementing U2opia's Mobile Apps product strategy.

- You will have visionary product insight, significant technical expertise and extensive leadership and business skills.

- This role combines a great instinct for developing compelling products with a strong focus on users and the technical aptitude to work with a passionate engineering team.

Responsibilities:

- Identify market opportunities and define product vision and strategy.

- Develop and launch Mobile Apps on Social Networking.

- Understanding consumer needs and consumer behaviour through research, customer feedback, click stream analysis and direct interactions with customers.

- Analysing product metrics regularly and use the learning for product innovation and improvement.

- Constantly innovating to deliver products that differentiate us from competition.

- Conducting regular competition analysis and recommending plan of action; should master the details of competitive landscape.

- Working closely with Engineering, Research, Quality Assurance, Design and Marketing teams to create synergies leading to a high quality product.

- Work closely with the engineering team to help determine the best technical implementation methods and delivery schedule.

- Creating product specification documents and conducting product specification reviews with key stakeholders.

- Ensuring timely delivery of projects through proper planning, scheduling and execution.

- Join an engaged team of Product Managers and engineers working in this area.

Requirements:

- Technical background with relevant experience. Masters preferred.

- Solid product management experience with a track record of creating innovative and award winning Mobile Apps.

- Strong quantitative and analytical abilities.

- Strong mobile app development experience, experience designing and launching mobile apps.

- Strong communication skills with the ability to evangelize the merits of the product internally and externally.
