- Establish the advantage of using data science in various facets of SME lending, including (but not restricted to) a. Portfolio performance review and scorecard optimization b. Institutionalize a program method for running and evaluating campaigns c. Develop sciences around propensity-risk based selection & pricing d. Actively interface with technology to implement and improve business solutions - 8+ years of experience in Analytics - At least five years of project experience related to any of the below a. Marketing analytics and/or campaign management experience in Bank/ large NBFC b. Risk analytics experience across multiple banking products - Knowledge of SME business would be a big plus - Excellent problem-solving skills - Excellent written and verbal communication/ presentation skills - Experience of managing direct reports/ project delivery/ creating sales pitches /presenting to prospective clients - Managing cross functional stakeholders at senior levels Tools a. high proficiency in SAS, proficient in Python/R b. familiarity with at least one BI tool (like SAS VA, Tableau, Power BI) c. knowledge of no SQL DB and query language will be a big plus
