Tyroo also engages an existing user on behalf of an Advertiser and pushes them to transact, thus benchmarking Advertiser CPT goals and ensuring a healthy New:Repeat purchase ratio.  Open Position: Sr Executive / Assistant Manager - Finance & Accounts  Location : Gurgaon  Job Summary  - Core experience in AP/ AR & Treasury  - Core exoerience in Financial accounting (General Ledger Accounting knowledge)  - Core Experience in Payroll and in maintaining PF & ESI records & registers.  - Hands on knowledge of Journals process.  - Managing end to end reconciliations of Balance Sheets  - Robust MIS preparation and analytics.  - Capable to handle cross functional / cross country Invoicing.  - Ability to work with cross functional Finance teams.  Key Requirements  - 3-5 years of relevant experience.
