Role: Regional Sales Manager, Tyroo, Snapchat team

Regional Sales Manager, Tyroo (Team Snapchat) - We are looking for an experienced business professional who has worked in digital media ad sales in the Bangalore region. The candidate should have great relationship with direct advertisers and agencies (specially the group agencies) and must have handled multiple categories from the South region. He/ She should have the experience to manage a book of annual 50Cr+ of spends and should be able to nurture existing customers and on-board new customers for Snapchat.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute strategies to nurture existing opportunities and create new business opportunities for Tyroo - Snapchat partnership in India

- Build, cultivate and leverage a strong, high value network of clients

- Identify, Select and hire new salespeople for the region

- Ability to lead a team and support them to develop proposals, make pitches and close opportunities

- Anticipate issues and proactively communicate both internally and externally

- Own quarterly/annual revenue targets

- Monitor, analyse sales, market trends and develop an effective strategic sales plan

- Work at both the strategic and tactical level to ensure customer success

- Ensuring revenue realisation through account receivable focus

- Track competition

Prerequisites:

The candidate should have great relationship with senior executives in advertising agencies and brands. Should be able to open doors and conversations started with their experience

- Has an understanding about social media and performance advertising

- Managed a large book of business in the past

- Numbers-driven with strong analytical skills

- Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal and problem solving skills

- Collaborator and team player

- Strong storytelling capabilities

- High on initiative

- Drives issues to closure, persists despite obstacles and ambiguities

- Proficient and advance knowledge of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint

Job Location: Bangalore

Experience: 8 to 10 Years with minimum 5 years in digital media industry

Education Qualification: MBA preferred/Post Graduation/Graduation
