Marketing Associate/ Manager - SEA Lead Tyroo a Smile Group company headquartered in Gurgaon. As official monetisation partners for snapchat and experts in in-bound marketing, we develop software's solutions to help our customers in creating scaled business outcomes in the mobile world. This role will be responsible for growing our SEA business by creating marketing plans and working across teams to deliver business goals. In this role you will: - Define and execute the Go-To-Market plan for the launch of Tyroo partnerships in growing markets in SEA - Define and execute customer acquisition and engagement programs to build marketing pipeline for existing partners - Interface directly with stakeholders across teams and work closely with partner teams on an ongoing basis driving leverage, project prioritization, and cross-team execution to drive results. - Leading critical projects across regions to establish brand presence. Key Responsibilities: - Leverage customer insights and business need to build campaigns and identify new opportunities (e.g.: build new channels, such as partner marketing) to drive awareness and demand. - Collaborate to create marketing plans and content to achieve business goals - Forecast and measure your marketing initiatives impact - Work with partner teams to create content and campaigns in alignment to partner brand guidelines - Map and help onboard new partner in the tech/ad:tech domain - Stakeholder management, proactive coordination with internal &amp; external teams to achieve business goals Basic Qualifications : - 2-6 years of experience in B2B/adtech marketing - Should have at least 2 years of prior experience in regional marketing for APAC - Experience developing and implementing marketing plans that drive customer demand. - Experience delivering results for large, cross-functional initiatives while managing multiple competing priorities. - Experience in driving digital marketing strategies, ATL and BTL marketing initiatives in the APAC region - Experience use data and insights to develop and measure marketing programs - Experience in driving digital marketing strategies, ATL and BTL marketing initiatives in the APAC region Salary offered : 8-10LPA
