Presales Manager
Job description:
Strategic Activities:
- Plan and set up pre-defined demos for customers
- Prepare maintain vertical-wise product demos
- Keep an eye on the competition and be prepared to tackle customer objections with respect to competition
- Constantly keep a watch the on market happening and new technologies emerging in our domain.
Day-to-Day Activities:
- Lead customer product demos
- Manage product POC buildout and delivery
- Conduct product training to on-boarded customers and partners
- Partner network engagement and support
- Own product support in the pre-sales stage
- Present and consult on product capabilities to customers
- Own end customer product positioning & solutioning at the pre-sales stage
- Own tender and customer requirement response and submission
Growth of role:
- The hired person is expected to grow within the pre-sales organization, move towards larger order support, managing larger teams and managing global teams .
- Own up responsibility for different vertical and different geographies
- Assume responsibility for teams in hiring, managing and motivating for growth of business
