Documentation Head/Senior Content Writer - Marketing

Documentation Head / Senior Content Writer (Marketing), you will help develop and execute the content strategy for our next generation platforms (Twixor AIM & Twixor Compute). In this, you will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, partner management, engineering, and solutions teams. We are looking for someone with experience in B2B SaaS, process automation and channel centric digital customer experience platforms, and familiar with AI/ML/NLP/Chatbots technologies.

Job Responsibilities :

- Copy writing and editing of content assets, including blogs, website content, landing pages, white papers, use-cases, e-books, reports, infographics, check lists, presentations, one-pagers, fact sheets, guides, executive overviews, customer cases, videos, promotional copy, social media posts, and messaging briefs

- Collaborate with sales, marketing, support, solutions and customer success teams to develop collateral that positions Twixor as best in class, & develops market and competitive positioning

- Conduct in-depth research and create content that is innovative and original

- Think outside of the box to help brainstorm new content and campaign ideas with the broader marketing team

Requirements :

- 1+ years of professional writing experience, especially with digital platforms

- Degree in English, journalism, communications, marketing, or a related field is preferred

- Proficient with content writing support tools like Grammarly, Evernote, SEMRush, Microsoft office suite, and Google Docs

- Desire to innovate and strong attention to detail

- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, in writing and orally

- Experience working with cross functional teams

- Existing portfolio of work with relevant content assets
