TwishQ - Co-Founder/eCommerce Head - Fashion

This is a senior level role as good as one of the Co-Founders of the company. Person has to own the complete eCommerce division of the company and grow it to the new heights.

Following are the main activities a person has to perform:

- Head the entire eCommerce initiative of the company in support with with the CEO of the company

- Increase the customer base and traction with the customers.

- Plan and execute relevant campaigns to achieve the desired goals of the company

- Monitor the relevant metrics and do all required amendments in the marketing strategy to align with the desired results.

- Online product category management

In Nutshell, one has to preform everything in order to grow the business. You have to own the complete division.

Desired profile:

- Someone who has worked in an eCommerce industry - Fashion category

- A Street smart seasoned marketing professional who knows how to get the best output from any situation.

- Go getter attitude that ensures the show must go on in any situation.

- Work independently without much of instructions.

- Prefer to have someone with an experience of startup company before.

Remuneration: You are joining a startup, hence you need to invest all of your time in order to make big money in future.
