- Twid operates checkout option "Pay With Rewards" at 35,000+ merchants such as JioMart, NetMeds, MilkBasket, Yatra, Ixigo, ConfirmTkt where rewards currencies such as Intermiles, Payback, SuperCoins, TimesPoints, Nth Rewards and others can be redeemed seamlessly.

- TWID is backed by leading fintech and loyalty funds and global leaders including Sequoia Surge, Beenext, Rakuten and Google. We are dual headquartered in Singapore and Bangalore.


Responsibilities:

1. Lead Business Development and outreach activity with top merchants in Offline category and manage end to end lifecycle from establishing connect to onboarding

2. Lead initiatives of rewards and payments at CXOs and manage the relationship.

3. Lead relationship and Business Development with existing Acquirer partners and their Account Managers to on-board and engage online merchants.

4. Manage P&L and teams of Key Account Managers for growth initiative

5. Identifying , and on -boarding new partners (Networks, UPI, Wallet & Banks), along with scaling up existing partnerships.

6. Managing campaigns across multiple cohorts .

7. Working closely with partners to drive growth & positive unit economics.

8. Driving customer acquisition campaigns on platforms of payment partners.

9. Consistently monitoring and analyzing performance to optimize for top of the funnel and downstream metrics.

10. Liaising with internal teams on cross function programs to drive key business metrics - Enabling payment offers on the post-check out screen, offer wall UX for large payment partners and integration of Pay with rewards .

11. Ideating , developing and executing unique partner marketing initiatives -

12. Responsible for the 'Go-to-Market' strategy of the payment partnerships team.

13. Scaling up the team's contribution to grow the business.

14. Onboarding , and managing campaigns end to end across payment channel platforms & API integrations to accelerate growth of Twid

What are we looking for?

1) 4 + years of experience in Business Development , Hunting roles , Payment partnership and Growth role

2) Prior experience in Payment , FinTech, E-commerce and Consumer Tech industry .

3) MBA from Top Tier colleges only - IIMs, ISB, XLRI, FMS, MDI, IMT, SP Jain, NMIMS, SIBM
