Sales Associate (Horeca)
HoReCa Sales Associate (Sales to Hotels, Restaurants, Cafes and Bakeries)
Positions open for Delhi-NCR, Mumbai and Bangalore
The main purpose of this role is to ensure the Development & Management of Company's Business in HORECA Segment that will ensure the Sustained Sales of the company's products and achievement of the targeted market share in this segment. The incumbent in this role will be responsible in achieving targeted Volume and Gross Margin from HORECA segment in the assigned geography.
As the company is in its initial stages of growth, resource optimization and ensuring disciplined execution in the assigned area within the laid down policies & framework are of paramount importance.
Responsibilities :
1. Prospecting, new account acquisition, account management, term negotiation, managing account receivables
2. Set and meet sales targets
3. Travel within their specified region on a regular basis to advocate the supply of products to new/existing businesses
4. Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts within the sales territory
5. Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives
6. Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers
Qualifications :
1. Min 2 years Horeca sales experience. Must have made sales to
2. Hotels/Restaurants/Cafes/Bakeries/Pizzerias. Preference to candidates with strong HORECA network
3. Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota
4. Strong written and verbal communication skills
