We are looking for a self-driven team player who wants to help us fundamentally disrupt the packaged flour industry world-wide. As a Sales Associate at TWF, you will be responsible for setting up, implementing and managing the overall company's sales strategy. - Expert in sales - Expert in generating leads. - Set sales targets - Monitor and measure performance - Experience in project requirement analysis, drafting proposal and negotiation - Excellent PR skills to make long term relationship with clients. - Be proactive in solving client issues and be ready to take on additional initiatives and responsibilities as they emerge - Should be able to manage sales process independently. - Regular communication with the management to successfully execute the business strategy - Ownership of offline/online sales via channel stores and partners - Identify additional channels and partners for sales - Monitor and measure performance - Create activation strategies Requirements: - Highly collaborative mindset: we're a small team - Extrovert, excellent negotiation &amp; sales skills - Smart, driven, flexible individual with an attitude to get things done - Entrepreneurial mindset &amp; ability to work independently - Ability to work around the crutches of a startup life Optional: - BD, Sales experience, ideally in FMCG - Experience in ecommerce - Experience in developing indirect sales channels Others: - Interest in food (either to eat or to cook; both will put you in good company) - Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office - Experience in dealing with distributors, buyers, retail outlets - Experience in driving partnership deals - Affinity for technology Salary offered: 7 - 8 LPA
