- Benchmarking & Analysis
- Ensure collation, analysis of data, information, trends on critical performance indicators of the business / vertical
- MIS Planning & Decision Support
- Develop templates of management reports that needs to be prepared and finalize the same with the COO's team.
- Communicate final list of reports, data requirements and related frequency, to the concerned stakeholders and ensure its adherence.
- Coordinate and work with concerned stakeholders to get the required data, as per the defined formats and timelines.
- Prepare management reports, analyse critical aspects, and present key highlights of performance metrics.
- Support the Operations team in generating more relevant report through data collection, analysis, and interpretation.
- Custodian of Regional COO initiatives.
- Support Regional COO's office in review meetings & business presentations
- Focus on special initiatives such as encirclement.
- Business Heads performance tracking
