Purpose :
The position of a Brand Manager is one of the most important in Marketing department of TVS EHRL. The Brand Manager is responsible for the consumer insight mining of the chosen cluster; developing communication on print / digital platforms (ATL and BTL) as well as keeping track of industry trends and numbers for forecasting.
Role Description :
1. Develop consumer insight on the assigned segment by primary & secondary research
2. Develop the communication strategy & implement the plan via ATL & BTL on print & digital platforms
3. Estimate demand by studying inputs from both consumer & market; provide inputs to management accordingly
Requirement :
MBA from top-tier colleges with overall experience between 6 & 8 years; including minimum of 5 to 7 years in Digital & Print
1. Experience of coordination with Ad Agencies (Creative ability is a plus, but we need co-ordination as a mainstay)
2. Good knowledge of sourcing marketing collaterals (brochures, artifacts, printed deliverables etc
3. Good knowledge and experience of Outdoor media planning and execution
4. Exposure to overseas marketing activities (Property Fairs and Road Shows)
5. Specific Exposure to Digital Marketing Campaigns and Activities (Hands On)
