Job Purpose 1. Online campaigns for customer acquisition and retention through digital channels, alliance marketing, development of online offerings etc. 2. Mobile app marketing 3. Handle digital loyalty programs Key Responsibilities : a) Campaign Management - End to End campaigns design & implementation - Lead Generation to Lead Conversion b) Online fulfillment - Nurturing & assisting leads along with the tele-calling teams till closure c) Developing alliances , new digital channels and online product offerings to generate business d) Manage online alliances and conduct joint campaigns to increase leads and conversions e) Co-coordinating with the sales team & increasing the online business f) Specialized skills in managing the mobile app with marketing & download plans h) Manage loyalty programs for existing customers Job Requirements : Qualifications MBA - Marketing (preferred Tier II or III B- School,).At least 2 Digital Marketing Certifications Experience 3-5 years in Digital Marketing Sales driven Exposure to the online medium and understanding of the E-commerce channels Agency Management Media Planning Skills, Analytical Skills etc. Google Adwords Certification preferred
