TVS Credit Services - Product Manager

Job Purpose:

This role would be responsible for identify and partner with Fintech players in lending space to deliver unique and innovative product solutions to our customers. Also responsible to develop product solutions by providing access to technology and made it easier to go-to market.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify, develop and own end-to-end high-impact strategic alliances and partnerships with leading fintech players in lending space

- Actively assess potential solution / product constructs for lending and partnership opportunities to take them to market

- Listen to the needs of the market and share insights with product and marketing teams to help create and deliver new products for customers

- Work closely with the product and tech teams to build strategic platforms / products within the company

- Engage with Fintech start-ups in formulizing and developing PoC

- Support in managing and executing the PoC in the expected timelines

- Provide recommendations on go / no-go decisions on PoC outcomes and stakeholder alignment

- Collaborating with Business, IT and Fintech partner teams for smooth and timely execution of the project

- Identifying and analyzing feasibility of new product opportunities and defining direction for existing projects

- Training internal stakeholders on product features & functionality

- Driving projects and conducting activities such as periodic seminars, contests and drives which in turn assist in product awareness as well as achieving strategic goals

Qualifications : Post Graduate in Management

Experience: 6+ years in Fintech (Experience in fintech - payments, lending will be great to have)

Functional Competencies :

- Drive and initiative, strong commitment, ability to take ownership

- Exp in managing commercially profitable deals, which would also create and deliver value to consumer

- Well versed with alliances and partnership models and its way of working
