TVS Credit - Project Manager

- 10+ Years (Preferably from Banking / NBFCs in Strategic IT Projects)

- Exposure in end to end project planning, management and implementation

- Exposure to governance, control and risk management

- Deep understanding of all aspects of software design with a demonstrated track record of increasing responsibility

- Experience in guiding Team Supporting Applications in Production ensuring availability, stability supporting and maintaining production systems

- Experience managing SAFe, Agile, Scrum, or other rapid application development teams to deliver technology solutions on that meet customer expectations for timeliness and quality

- Technically strong in multiple technologies spanning across programming languages, databases (Oracle, MySQL , SQL Server), ETL tools, Cloud Platforms and Services and Microservices. Preference for Java and Open Source stack, webservices, Android mobile native and responsive web technologies, CI/CD , Automated Unit testing/Test Automation. Dot Net and other relevant Microsoft Technologies.

- Ability to work under pressure and manage stress - managing development projects and support for specific business group.
