Job Description

- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of information systems

- Should be able to handle all escalations from Team.

- Meet with other department managers to discuss system requirements, specifications, costs and timelines

- Knowledge on Unified Aspect – Call centre Application

- Suggest business process and system improvements that Will optimize existing processes and improve business systems

- Good understanding and work experience on Servers roles like ADS, DHCP, Policy, Routing & Remote Access etc..

- Good understanding on managing Firewall – (Sonicwall Firewall experience preferred)

- Hands on Experience on AX4

- Should have good knowledge on IIS and Web Server Configuration

- Experience on ANY one ERP Server Management (Microsoft Axapta Preferred)

- Good understanding and experience on NAS

- Good work Experience on LAN, WAN, VPN/MPLS, System, Networks and Wifi Technology

- Knowledge on RAID 0, 1 & 5 - should be able to configure, troubleshoot efficiently.

- Good understanding of OS System Management like Windows 2008, 2003, Windows 7, & Linux and should have good Server management capability.

- Good understanding of SQL and it's working and should have good analyzing skills about performance.

- Disaster Recovery - Plan and execution

Qualification

- Graduate / MCSA
