Turtlemint - Senior Manager/Associate Director - Insurer Relations

To focus on delivering a world-class experience to our digital partners through exceptional sales and margin growth of the Insurers that you are responsible for as we rapidly expand and grow our selection across the Insurance landscape of India.

The candidate who joins the leadership team in this position must share our passion and commitment for serving our digital partners.

Responsibilities

This candidate will have responsible for:

- Building selection and terms negotiation: Will be responsible for determining customer market needs, growing selection across product categories, creation of new products, optimizing Insurer terms and getting support for various initiatives during the year.

- Product and Pricing Mix: Responsible for the right product and pricing mix. This includes working with cross functional teams to manage both upstream and downstream requirements.

- Business planning and communication to senior management: Develop a short-term and long-term plan for growth and report to Senior Management on a regular basis on the state of key OKRs.

- Global Benchmarks: Stay updated on the most relevant Insure tech trends and create the right parallels with us to ensure organization direction.

- Operational Efficiency: Drive continuous process improvement and automation across our systems allowing us to scale a fast-growing business.

Basic Qualifications

- Demonstrated ability to take ownership and drive results

- Strong business judgment with a track record of successful negotiations and overall relationship management.

- Ability to think strategically and tactically, with excellent attention to detail

- A track record of success in past roles

- Experience 3-8 yrs

- Candidate must be fluent in English

- Bachelor's degree is required

Preferred Qualifications

- MBA degree is preferred

- Experience in BFSI sectors, Startups will be preferred.
